Your Impact

• Execute material movement in line with SOPs.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers as assigned.
• Stage raw materials and finished goods for production and shipping.
• Replenish and stock inventory according to the warehouse layout.
• Maintain 6S standards; keep racking, tool boards, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Work from daily pick sheets/lists to pull and deliver the right materials.
• Scan raw materials and finished products into specified locations when directed.
• Escalate count or quality discrepancies to your direct supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational discussions.
• Attend required, company-sponsored training sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or related operations.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operation capability and willingness to obtain certification.

Compensation

$15.81 to $23.41 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
