Equipment Technology Engineering Intern
- Internship will begin in May 2026 and end in August 2026 There could be opportunity for an extension based on the needs of the business.
- Location for this role will be on-site at our Warren, OH Battery Plant
- Expect a Monday-Friday schedule on-site
- $20.00 per hour
- Continuous Improvement Process Optimization, Equipment Efficiency Improvement, and Productivity Enhancement Projects with Engineers.
- Ability to use Logical thinking and decision making by focusing on identifying root cause objectively using data, analyzing production results, and following proven problem-solving methods
- Knowledge of Mechanical/technical curiosity and mindset
- Currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering degree program, or a recent graduate.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and collaborating with team members.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and the ability to adapt to changing financial landscapes.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, accommodating occasional demands outside the standard work hours.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve shared goals.
