Industrial Machinery Operator — Forklift/Skid Steer
Why this role - Pay: $19/hour starting
- Schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Path: Temp-to-hire

Core responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and skid steers to move, stage, and load materials safely
- Visually inspect and sort finished materials for quality
- Coordinate with coworkers and department leaders to meet production needs
- Complete other related tasks as assigned to support operations
Required capabilities
- Prior industrial work experience with strong safety awareness
- Proficiency in skid steer operation
- Hands-on experience as a material handler
- Steel-toe or composite safety-toe shoes
- Ability to stand for the full shift and routinely lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in variable temperatures (cooler in winter, warmer in summer)
Preferred experience
- Forklift experience (sit-down focus)
- Tow motor or backhoe loader experience (preferred, not required)
