Compensation Range: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary $2,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

Job Description:
An experienced EDI-focused engineer responsible for leading integration efforts between logistics systems, trading partners, and internal platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding of EDI trading partners including requirements gathering, mapping, testing, and go-live

• Design and maintain EDI mappings for X12 transaction sets (204, 210, 214, 990, 997)

• Act as primary point of contact for EDI-related issues and partner communication

• Troubleshoot EDI errors, integration failures, and data discrepancies

• Collaborate with TMS, WMS, and ERP teams for seamless integrations

• Support ticket resolution and provide timely fixes for integration issues

• Contribute to documentation including mapping guides and SOPs

• Assist in evaluating and improving EDI tools, platforms, and processes

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of EDI experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments

  • Strong experience with X12/ANSI EDI standards and transaction sets

  • Hands-on experience with TMS platforms and logistics workflows

  • Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain operations

  • Experience troubleshooting integrations and working with external partners

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with EDI platforms such as Cleo, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling, or similar

  • Familiarity with AS2, SFTP, or FTP communication protocols

  • Exposure to APIs or PHP development

  • Experience with Jira or IT service management tools

  • Prior experience mentoring junior engineers
