General Production Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Operate production equipment (spot welders, presses, shearers) to fabricate sheet metal. Lift, position, and remove sheet metal parts for processing.
• Load, stack, and transport materials by hand, fork truck, or overhead crane.
• Clean, grind, and prep metal surfaces prior to fabrication, welding, or painting.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, using blueprints when required.
• Maintain clean work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Uniform provided; steel-toe shoes required.

General Production Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shift.
• Forklift or crane experience a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality standards.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork required.
