Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Available Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Eligible for Sign-On Bonus)
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Eligible for Sign-On Bonus)
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Earn an additional $2.00/hour Night Shift Differential )

Sign-On Bonus Opportunities Available!

Full-Time Associates – Up to $4,000

  • $1,000 after 2 months
  • $1,000 after 4 months
  • $1,000 after 6 months
  • $1,000 after 12 months

Part-Time Associates – Up to $2,000

  • $500 after 2 months
  • $500 after 4 months
  • $500 after 6 months
  • $500 after 12 months

Qualifications of an ideal Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN):

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • LPN License in applicable state
  • First Aid & CPR Certified
  • At least 1 year of related work experience

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) Job Summary:

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) will implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and care associates. Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.

  • Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of our residents
  • Provide high level of care by making frequent rounds, ensuring continuity of care, documenting all pertinent care information, and observing our residents’ overall condition and behavior.
  • Assist the Director of Wellness in the development and update of resident care plans.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with residents, families, and physicians regarding the resident’s care.
