Position: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial matters. You will also contribute to our continued growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring banking activities and optimizing cash positions.
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
