Our growing Hartville Area company is seeking an experienced Second Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations and support daily manufacturing activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: $24-$30/hr

Shift: 2nd

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support second shift production team
• Perform and assist with injection mold setups and changeovers
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
• Train and mentor operators and setup personnel
• Maintain safe and efficient work practices on the floor

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mold setup or injection molding required
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
