Job Summary:

As the Pharmacy Resident, PGY1, you perform all functions of a clinical pharmacist under the guidance of preceptors as part of a structured training program to develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy.

You provide pharmaceutical care for patients per assigned service, including evaluating medication therapy. You will use the medication use process for preparing and dispensing medications following use policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program
• Successful completion of ASHP Match program
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of Ohio or obtain licensure before Sept 1st 2026
