Position Overview

BCCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BRIDGE Program Manager to lead the Building Resilience, Inspiring Dreams, Guiding Education (BRIDGE) program. This program focuses on closing educational and mental health gaps for refugee children in Franklin County through coordinated, collaborative efforts with schools and community partners.

The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of implementation, ensuring the program’s effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with BCCO’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage all components of the BRIDGE program in alignment with its objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools, districts, community organizations, and service providers.
• Lead and supervise a dedicated team, providing coaching, support, and performance oversight.
• Manage program budgets, grants, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Develop a long-term sustainability plan by cultivating diverse funding streams.
• Use data-driven approaches to monitor outcomes and guide program improvement.
• Represent BCCO and the BRIDGE program in community forums, advocacy spaces, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, or related field ( Master’s preferred ).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or school social work, especially in refugee, immigrant, or culturally diverse settings.
• Demonstrated success in grant writing , budget management, and program administration.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills with a collaborative, strengths-based approach.
• Excellent communication, networking, and partnership-building abilities.
• Strong understanding of refugee and immigrant communities, cultural humility, and trauma-informed practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: ~$56,000 , based on experience
• Health insurance
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
