About IBH Addiction Recovery

IBH Addiction Recovery, founded in 1970, is a highly effective nonprofit organization and leading provider of drug and alcohol addiction treatment in Summit County. We provide evidence-based services including Residential Treatment, Day Treatment, Outpatient Programs, Aftercare support, and Recovery Housing, complemented by spiritual guidance, all intended to offer persons with alcohol and drug addiction, including those with a co-occurring mental health disorder, the opportunity to restore hope and gain skills for a lifetime of sobriety.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate EHR/IT and Data Reporting Administrator to help us meet the individualized needs of people in recovery and uphold those values.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintenance, functionality, and organization of the agency’s electronic health records database and information technology support for successful delivery of client care activity and administrative business practices.

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Serves as EHR administrator
  2. Generates required data reporting for compliance adherence
  3. Conducts regular best practice quality assurance activities evaluating data integrity, identifying risks, and propose solutions.
  4. Sustains agency’s compliance adherence with all governing bodies (CARF, ODM, HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
  5. Participate in collaborative meetings as assigned.
  6. Serves as Lead IT administrator for all IBH Addiction Recovery locations.
  7. Acts as agency’s Cyber Security Officer.
  8. Completes routine on-site maintenance to core networking equipment and triage outages in tandem with agency’s IT provider (Keystone).
  9. Provide admin support for Microsoft Office, 8X8, and KnowBe4.
  10. Acts as help desk/troubleshoots for agency users as needed and onboarding set up of new hires/offboarding of staff terminations.
  11. Manage deployment of new hardware; oversee agency’s equipment inventory.

  1. Audit and investigate new/current technologies and provide recommendations as assigned.
  2. Oversee compliance with data security requirements (IT incident response, cyber security, etc.)

Educational/Experience Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field
  2. Three plus years’ experience in healthcare EHR database management
  3. Advance skill level in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Power BI)
  4. Experience with Healthcare EHR/HITEC

Physical Demands

Position requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

The position has a base work week of Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with the expectation of availability based on operational needs (evenings/weekends) to maintain system functionality.

Work Environment

This job operates in a healthcare setting. This role requires regular walking to various locations within the agency so as the employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
