Accounts Payable Specialist
Graceworks Enhanced Living offers residential and day programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in four Ohio counties. Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to Graceworks Enhanced Living Administrator. Receive and code invoices timely.
Full Time Day Shift – 32hrs/wk
Position Description :
Receive and code all Dayton Homes’ invoices, petty cash, check requests and expense reports.
Reconcile all bills including but not limited to Amazon Resident purchases, Mike Albert Fleet non-fuel, WEX for Dayton homes timely.
Perform special projects as assigned by the Administrator. Provides clerical support for the Administrator and Services Managers.
Reconcile credit card bill for Dayton homes timely. Reconcile action club purchases for Dayton homes timely.
Receives and enters Dayton homes’ invoices, petty cash, check requests, and expense reports into Sage system for timely payment.
Prepare “Cost to Live” figures for Dayton homes on a monthly basis. (all expenses incurred for each resident). Prepare and send reports to Service Managers timely.
Distributes Enhanced Living mail.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma; some college preferred. Must be able to read and write in the English language to complete their job duties successfully.
Minimum Experience : Proficient in utilization of computer, including Microsoft word and Excel. Excellent verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to work as a team member.
