Production Mixer / Packer / Sanitation Associate
Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Production Mixers, Packers, and Sanitation Associates in Solon, OH. These are full-time opportunities with weekly pay, steady schedules, and immediate openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM, Monday-Friday
3rd Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 12:00 AM-7:00 AM, and Saturday, 12:00 AM-9:45 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Available Positions
We are hiring for multiple food manufacturing and warehouse production roles, including:
- Production Mixer
- Packer
- Sanitation Associate
Depending on the position, daily responsibilities may include:
- Packing snack products into bags, boxes, and cases
- Operating packaging equipment
- Applying labels and checking printed product information
- Mixing and preparing ingredients according to production schedules
- Measuring, weighing, staging, and labeling materials
- Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Operating forklifts, tow motors, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing assigned production areas
- Following GMP, PPE, safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Performing quality checks for weight, labels, packaging, and product accuracy
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Previous production, packing, sanitation, warehouse, forklift, tow motor, or general labor experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates welcome for select packing roles
- Forklift or tow motor experience required for Production Mixer roles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
