DARE is currently seeking an Electronic Assembler. As a highly-valued member of DARE's team, you will be directly responsible for helping ensure DARE maintains its reputation for 100% Quality and On-Time delivery by building and soldering PC boards and performing a wide variety of other work involved in manufacturing DARE's highly specialized, custom products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Soldering, coating, encapsulating print circuit boards
- Sealing electronic enclosures
- Painting and marking products
Desired Qualifications / Characteristics
- Extensive background in soldering, assembling, and testing electronic circuit boards
- Working knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610
- Basic metrology and machine shop skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as member of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Self-Driven / Motivated to excel
