Office Manager
Come make a difference working for a small, local landscape company. Estates Landscaping has been in business for 27 years under the same ownership, Mike Hetman. Our work environment is casual with flexible, part time hours.
We are looking for an Office Manager to handle all of the customer communications under the direction of the owner. All financial transactions are handled by a bookkeeper. High School degree required. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of basic office duties and programs like Microsoft Word and Excel is favorable. General Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm, however there is opportunity for flexibility. Competitive pay offered based on experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, handling administrative tasks, communicating with customers through phone calls and email, scheduling appointments, maintaining the calendar for the owner and project manager, typing job proposals, and ordering supplies. Creative opportunities include a monthly customer newsletter, various promotional materials, and input with social media content.
