Compounding Pharmacist

We are hiring for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist here in the Columbus, Ohio area! This role will be helping to scale up the Sterile Compounding area of the pharmacy and will have opportunity for growth long-term. Additionally, there is a unique opportunity to earn equity in the company for incoming employees!

Depending on level of experience, you may be considered for a Lead role as well. An ideal candidate is a Pharmacist with Sterile Compounding experience, although candidates with non-sterile compounding experience may also be considered.

Please note: this is a fully onsite, 3rd shift/night shift opportunity. There could be opportunity to move to a 1st shift down the line.

Job Title: Sterile Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations within a cleanroom environment. You will lead sterile compounding activities, supervise and train staff, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting both day-to-day production and the development and scale-up of new compounded sterile preparations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile compounding operations within a modular cleanroom environment.

• Ensure compliance with USP <797> , USP <800> , and all applicable state and federal regulations.

• Lead sterile compounding activities and supervise staff.

• Train staff to uphold safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Support day-to-day production and the development and scale-up of new compounded sterile preparations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Ohio

• Must have compounding experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $145600.00/yr.
