Your Superpowers Will Include:

• Handling guestroom and public space repairs
• Helping with renovation projects, electrical, plumbing, HVAC fixes
• Pool and spa maintenance (because we all love a good swim, right?)
• Keeping the exterior in top shape – think landscaping, painting, and yes, snow shoveling in winter!
• Quarterly mattress flips and maintaining company vans (if applicable)

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work

Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry, is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus. Certifications in plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance are a plus. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
