Block Builder
1st Shift: 8:00AM-4:30PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Block Builder to join our team. This role involves applying a thin layer of cement paste to foam blocks as part of the production and assembly process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply thin layers of cement paste to foam blocks with accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist with additional duties in production as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction, masonry, or general labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to work with hand tools and materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable and able to follow instructions.
