Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven and dependable Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping Associate to join our team. This role offers flexibility with the option of part-time or full-time scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to balance their career with personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments


• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies


• Perform general bookkeeping duties, including account reconciliations and data entry


• Support month-end and year-end closing processes


• Maintain accurate and organized financial records


• Collaborate with team members to uphold the high standards of service 415 Group is known for


• Support DOO with facilities-related requests: coordinating with vendors / service providers and monitoring facility needs for all locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting role


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
