Production Associate-3rd Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate on the 3rd shift, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery that produces materials for solar panel adhesives, contributing to our growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Load material into the machine via a hopper at the front.
- Monitor the machine as it converts material into sheets and feeds them through to a roller at the back.
- Inspect the machine for quality defects and ensure product standards are met.
- Unload finished rolls and place them on pallets to prepare for the next production cycle.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with machine operation.
- Ability to consistently lift 20-30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience operating hand tools, packing, and general labor tasks.
- Forklift operation experience.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Steady job history with at least one year in a consistent position.

Work Environment
This contract-to-hire role offers a 2-2-3 schedule on the 3rd shift, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a $1 shift differential for night work. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and provides hearing and eye protection. Steel toe shoes are required. There is a potential to be hired directly after 90 days if performance meets expectations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
