Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Director in the Springfield, Ohio area. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Document, manage, and create programs to ensure quality production
• Oversee research and development of new productions
• Ensure nutritional labeling of products is correct
• Ensure all labels comply with FDA labeling laws
• Write quality programs
• Oversee coolers, pasteurizer checks, and acidity on incoming tankers
• Manage quality technicians

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or other science related field
• Must have experience in food research and development, and knowledge in microbiology and food chemistry
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, label regulations, and FDA
• Ability to climb stairs and walk throughout the plant
