Production Supervisor

In the dynamic realm of industrial Actuation, our Production Supervisors takes charge in maintaining a safe, quality-driven, and cost-effective environment. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of crucial tasks, including upholding stringent safety and quality standards, overseeing inventory management, fulfilling customer orders, and relentlessly pursuing continuous improvement.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Enforce safety standards and maintain a compliant, healthy work environment.
• Drive quality assurance across all industrial actuation manufacturing processes.
• Develop, document, and uphold standardized work procedures and instructions.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders through effective planning and execution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency, and lead-time reduction.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support production goals through resource management.
• Oversee staffing and daily operations to achieve production schedules and key performance metrics.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and audits to review performance and ensure accountability.
• Foster a culture of 5S, organization, and operational excellence across the department.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in a Production Supervisor Role
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years in a production leadership role

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Understanding of Valve and Actuators
• Experience planning, monetary, and controlling a budget
