We are seeking a motivated professional to perform outreach to various stakeholders in the community to inform and educate them about “Pathstones by Phoebe” a unique program offered through Phoebe Ministries senior living. This position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors whose goal is to age in the comfort of their own home. The successful candidate will build meaningful connections, educate older adults as well as other stakeholders such as financial planners, medical professionals and estate attorneys on the benefits of the program.

Responsibilities for an Aging in Place Sales Professional with Phoebe Pathstones:
- Perform outreach including planning and participating in sales events and seminars to educate prospects and other stakeholders about the program
- Develop strategic relationships with various stakeholders, attend expos and tradeshows to provide information throughout the various counites Pathstones operates in
- Build and manage new and existing leads utilizing automated CRM leading to convert to new Pathstones membership and meeting and exceeding annual budgetary goals
- Manage application process and subsequent membership materials
- Represent Pathstones by engaging with professional organizations and educating groups about the program
- Work with marketing team, Phoebe staff and contractors to assure clear messaging and coordination of all services available
Requirements for an Aging in Place Sales Professional with Phoebe Pathstones:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background in senior living, healthcare, or related fields but not mandatory
- Experience in marketing, sales and community outreach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and willingness to try new ideas
- Adept technical expertise and familiarity with CRM’s, Microsoft
- Team Collaboration: Proactive in working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
