**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the chemical and petrochemical location.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
+ Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting visitors and personnel at the location.
+ Follow site-specific policies and security-related procedures, particularly those relevant to chemical and petrochemical environments.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter irregularities and/or potential threats.
+ Document observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols for the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
