Position Overview:

Our Trailer Division is currently hiring experienced Trailer Mechanics for 1st shift. We are seeking highly skilled individuals who are confident working independently and can perform a wide range of trailer repair and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trailer body panel repairs, replacement, and sectioning
• Repair and reinforce top, bottom, and nose rails
• Complete trailer roof and floor repairs, replacements, and sectioning
• Service and install roll-up and swing doors
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair suspension systems, air brakes, and trailer frames
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure DOT compliance and safety standards
• Perform general maintenance and repair on various trailer types

Preferred Skills:

• ABS diagnostics and repair experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (strongly preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex trailer systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanic experience (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of trailer mechanic experience (Required)
• Welding experience (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and career-minded
