Relationship Manager
Job Overview
The Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and referral partners. This role focuses on long-term relationship growth, service advocacy, and brand representation in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners and industry professionals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen partnerships
- Promote service offerings and communicate value clearly
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaboration
- Track relationship activity and maintain detailed CRM records
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years in relationship management, account management, or sales
- Strong understanding of real estate, home services, or inspection industries preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
