TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS & ACLS required. Must-Have: - Recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Active certifications with nothing pending. - Reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for. Description: This position offers an opportunity for nursing professionals specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. You will work night shifts, three 12-hour shifts each week. Your role will be focused on patient care in a telemetry unit. You will be required to complete ECG rhythm recognition tests and safeMedicate assessments during orientation. The facility has a strict no-call policy in place. You may need to adhere to specific compliance and health requirements related to nicotine use. Candidates with any background checks will be reviewed, but those with open cases will not be accepted. Assistance may be provided for completing necessary pre-start modules. Candidates may extend the contract with the facility for a specified duration. You are expected to engage in continuous learning through annual modules related to the specialty. About Cynet Health
