Administrative Specialist
Keystone Meats is a successful food manufacturing company in Lima, OH seeking a full-time team member to join our office staff. The ideal candidate has worked in a manufacturing setting for two years or more, enjoys taking on any task that comes their way, can work on multiple projects at once and has the people skills necessary to communicate with customers and employees professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software
- Experience with Walmart Retail Link is a plus
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask
- Strong professional communications skills -- email, phone, personal
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers to assist with orders
- Processing invoices
- Coordinating with different departments and associates, including sales, production, and shipping
- Assist executives as needed
