Retail Management - Plato's Closet - Reynoldsburg

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation throughout the store
- Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention
- Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress toward objectives
- Step into the Store Manager role as needed during their absence
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
- Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise
- Available to work 40 hours per week, including at least 2 nights and rotating weekends
- Must be able to drive during assigned shifts to perform banking functions
