We are a growing hauling company serving Central Ohio, focused on reliability, efficiency, and professionalism in everything we do. We are currently hiring:

• 1 Full-Time Driver (40+ hours/week).
• 1 Part-Time Driver (flexible schedule).

This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks on scheduled routes, supporting commercial projects, and delivering consistent, dependable service to our partners and customers.

Schedule & Expectations:

• Typical start time: 5:00 AM.
• 10–12 hour shifts depending on workload.
• Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed).
• Steady, consistent hours available.

Duties:

• Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to complete daily routes and job assignments.
• Transport materials and equipment between job sites and facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch to complete routes efficiently.
• Secure loads properly and operate equipment safely at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.
• Represent Shark Rayson Hauling in a professional manner on every job.

Requirements:

• Experience operating heavy-duty trucks (roll-off, dump, or similar equipment) preferred.
• CDL Required.
• Ability to operate manual transmission (preferred).
• Strong mechanical awareness and ability to handle basic maintenance checks.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work long, physical days in varying conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
