Bryan, OH company is looking for a cycle counter. This is a first shift position paying $19/hr.

Cycle counter Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )

• Perform scheduled cycle counts of inventory according to company procedures.
• Compare physical inventory counts with inventory management system records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes.
• Record count results accurately and update inventory records as needed.
• Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report recurring issues to management. Verify product locations, labeling, and storage conditions.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to correct inventory errors and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulation

Cycle counter Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or cycle counting experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification may be required).
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
