Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently hanging metal parts onto the paint line, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following work orders to meet customer needs. You will label and place stickers on conveyors and hampers, accurately post transactions using shop floor data collection devices, and utilize hand and power tools to assemble products when needed. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues, as well as engaging in repetitive and monotonous hanging of parts, are also key components of this role.
Responsibilities
- Consistently hang metal parts onto the paint line.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Follow work orders based on customer needs.
- Label and place stickers on conveyors and hampers.
- Accurately post transactions using shop floor data collection devices.
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Engage in repetitive hanging of parts.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and well-lit. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use their hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. The role includes occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
