Marketing Account Manager
YeS! We are seeking an incredible Strategic Marketing Manager who is a talented marketer, the main point of contact for our clients, and highly organized to manage project details. This position is responsible for developing strategy, implementing campaigns, and handling day-to-day client relationships. You’ll be responsible for an extremely high level of communication and responsiveness, reviewing analytics, collaborating with our own team and with clients, and other duties that reinforce our YeS! Creative Marketing business philosophy to provide truly exceptional service.

Our services extend from custom website development and hosting to a diverse range of digital strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, Google advertising, reviews and reputation management, and social media marketing. Additionally, we specialize in traditional marketing avenues such as branding, collateral, and impactful TV/radio campaigns, alongside a range of other options. Responsibilities
At YeS! Creative Marketing: our Strategic Marketing Managers are talented marketers and the main point of contact for our clients, and they are very organized in managing project details.
- Additionally, the position is responsible for consulting on strategy while handling the majority of the project management for their clients, reviewing and reporting, managing day-to-day client requests and needs, and other duties that reinforce our philosophy of exceptional client service and relationships
- Manage important client projects through the agency, including implementation after client approval.
- Ensure all marketing activities, including digital ads, SEO, social media, email, website, and print are aligned with the client’s strategy
- Daily and weekly client interaction; lead client calls and in-person meetings
- Use analytical skills to understand client challenges
- Collaborate with our internal web development, SEO and social media teams to produce effective service and deliverables
- Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for projects and assignments
- Educate clients regarding the timing required for execution and stay informed on progress
- Successfully manage multiple clients, projects and competing priorities
- Communicate effectively at the project, client, and leadership levels
- Responsible for reviewing and monitoring monthly analytics
- Meet and effectively manage all project timelines
- Ensure responsive support to all client requests
- Become an industry expert on relevant industries to understand each client’s organizational dynamics
- Identify and proactively develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stability
- Provide direction to teammates and contractors to maximize productivity through teamwork

- Knowledge in metrics reporting to reflect ROI dashboards
- Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
- High-energy team spirit with a dedication to team success and commitment to excellence
- Experience managing projects and clients in an agency environment (additional experience on the client side is strongly considered)
Compensation +Benefits:
- Salary for this position is $68,000 - $70,000/year
- Quarterly retention bonus

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience in account management, social media, SEO, Google ads, traditional marketing and strategy
- Experience with or understanding of Google Analytics, WordPress, HighLevel and other key KPI software platforms

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
