This role involves providing specialized perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries in a dynamic hospital environment. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Proven experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and relevant equipment
• Ability to monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes
• Excellent munication and teamwork skills
• Adherence to surgical aseptic techniques and safety protocols

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room for cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are available and sterile
• Provide direct nursing care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Monitor patients vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition throughout the operative process
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outes
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and surgical documentation
• Uphold strict infection control and safety standards within the operating room
