TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122!

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical treatment and continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, interpreting telemetry data, responding to clinical changes, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Recent MS/Telemetry nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced acute care environments
