SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care
• Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
• Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy
• Administer IM injections
• Take vitals and perform related supervised functions
• Assist with electrocardiograms
• Maintain lab equipment, documentation of all lab results and quality control
• Weekly inventory and ordering
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

Requirements:

• Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined) in Ohio or multistate
• High School Diploma
• Pass criminal background check

Schedule:

• Part-time, up to 30 hours per week (approximately 2.5 days/week)

Clinic Hours of Operation:

• Monday: 8–5
• Tuesday: 8–7
• Wednesday: 8–1
• Thursday: 7–5
• Friday: 8–5
• Saturday: 8–12 (rotating Saturdays)

Must be available to train for two full weeks (M–F, 8–5). After training, position transitions to part-time.
