- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare internal financial statements and manage external financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering continuous learning and professional growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance
- Lead system implementations and improvements related to financial operations and reporting
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
