Business Advancement Administrative Assistant
:
The Business Advancement Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating and executing the administrative activities for the Office of Business Advancement. Submits and processes invoicing transactions and creation of customers in Workday. Assists the Administrative Service Center with vendor creation and maintenance. Assists with the processing of expense reports for PCard transactions. Maintains and reconciles university p-card transactions according to OSU p-card policy. Process and pay advertising invoices for show settlements. Process and pay invoices for Scarlet & Gray Venues and Scarlet & Gray Experiences. Provides support to the Athletics & Business Advancement CMO with administrative duties as needed. Serves as office manager for Business Advancement Suite E146 and Brand Engagement Services & Partnerships (BESP). Responsibilities include assisting with the travel process, calendar management and scheduling meetings, and maintaining the inventory and processing office supply orders for the Business Advancement (BA) Suite E146. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 4 years of relevant experience required. 6 or more years of relevant experience preferred. Per Classified Civil Service Specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this position is $18.17 - $23.90 (min - mid). The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's education and experience.
