We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Forklift Operator position, joining our Jackson, OH team!

• SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-3:30am

Key Responsibilities

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Driving a forklift, loading trailers, picking orders to palletize, stacking boxes, wrapping pallets, and working with direct ship programs.
• Position forklifts, lifting platforms, or other materials and transport load into the designated area.
• Loads or unloads stacks of materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Weighs materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
• Perform safety inspections on forklifts, document the inspection, and submit the inspection report to the supervisor.
• Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
• Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
• Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

• Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a stable work history with good references.
• Prior forklift or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
• Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles.
