Position Overview

As an Electric Apprentice , you will work alongside experienced electricians to learn and perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to grow, and passionate about mastering the electrical craft.

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
• Learn to troubleshoot wiring, circuits, fixtures, breakers, and electrical components
• Support electricians with running conduit, pulling wire, and setting electrical panels
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed
• Participate in ongoing technical training and skill development
• Represent Heart of Ohio with professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent service

• Strong interest in the electrical trade
• No prior experience required we provide full training
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
