Human Resource Specialist
Part-Time Position (28 hours/week)
Duties
Assist the Human Resource Manager, or designee, with the day-to-day administration of the agency by providing support in the areas of Human Resources, Training and Staff Development, Benefit Administration, Payroll Processing and other administrative support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Associates degree in Applied Science or a closely-related field is preferred. High school diploma or GED and two-four years of experience in a small to mid-size firm performing Human Resource related duties are required. Excellent written, oral, electronic and interpersonal communication skills are a requirement in this position. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Windows and job related software, preferred.
