Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Our residents depend on us to be observant and quick to respond to their needs.We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Park Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.What We Offer:• Pay of $28.00 - $32.00/hr. based on experience
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $1,000.00

• HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge required
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
