About the Role Mack Sales & Service is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who possess a blend of high-speed data entry skills and the analytical mindset to ensure data quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that our information systems are accurate, efficient, and capable of supporting our core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain complex alphanumeric data sets within company databases and specialized software.
  

• Analyze source documents to identify patterns, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
  

• Perform regular quality control audits to detect and correct entry errors or outdated information.
  

• Generate and present periodic reports based on data trends to assist management in decision-making.
  

• Coordinate with various departments in a remote environment to ensure seamless data flow and process improvement.
  

• Adhere to all company confidentiality agreements and data security protocols.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Analyst, Specialist, or in a similar data-focused administrative role.
  

• Exceptional typing speed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Google Sheets, and CRM management.
  

• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote capacity.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data management.
  

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
