We're currently hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Machine Operator to assist our skilled machinists in the cutting department. This role involves setting up and operating equipment such as well saws, vertical bandsaws, CNC mills, and manual lathes. The perfect candidate is responsible, safety-conscious, enthusiastic about learning, and comfortable working independently or within a team to ensure smooth production and top-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys focusing deeply and paying close attention to details for longer periods.
• We require a high school diploma or its equivalent to become part of our friendly team.
• Exciting 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity!
• As a machine operator, you’ll confidently read and interpret drawings, charts, specifications, and work instructions with accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is key to keeping everyone safe and working smoothly.
