Working Construction Foreman (Steel Erection - Concrete (JYN-3))

Position: Construction Working Foreman (Steel Erection-Concrete (JYN-3)

Pay: $30-$34/hr. Eligible for first wage increase at initial review at 45 days.

Work Schedule: 40-55 hr./week depending on work load, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays

Travel Requirements: Yes, home every weekend

Job Duties:

1. Oversee construction crew(s) (hands on)

2. Steel building erection and miscellaneous structural steel installation

3. Concrete forming, pouring foundations

4. High proficiency in construction drawings and construction specifications

5. Light gage sheeting and trim detailing

6. General structural framing (light gage studs)

7. Order material as needed

8. Keep daily job records

9. Meet with customers

10. Gather data for jobs for estimates

General Requirements:

1. Pass pre-employment and random drug tests

2. Team Player-Communicates well with others-Good work attitude

3. Educational: GED or high school diploma

4. Basic computer/tablet knowledge

5. Dependable

6. OSHA 10 Hour

Technical Requirements:

1. 4 years minimal relevant experience

2. Proficient at working at heights, 30’+ on life line fall protection systems

3. Competent rigger, signal person

4. Proficient construction equipment operator
