What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to upgrade legacy applications to the latest Angular and .NET Core frameworks.
Redesign existing interfaces and reimagine user experiences for usability, performance, and accessibility.
Take ownership of UI/UX design decisions and deliver best-in-class experiences independently.
Build and consume RESTful APIs to support scalable, modular front-end development.
Work across the full stack with technologies including Angular, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-impact features.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, code reviews, DevOps practices, and team-wide technical discussions.
A skilled and creative full stack engineer with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, API development, and modern web application frameworks. Someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings innovative solutions to the table.
Required Qualifications:
2–5+ years of full stack engineering experience.
Strong front-end development with Angular 2+ (preferably Angular 13+) and TypeScript.
Experience upgrading or replacing legacy AngularJS applications; 2+ years of AngularJS experience.
Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS skills.
Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core or Framework).
Experience with Entity Framework (6 or Core) and LINQ.
Experience developing RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Web API.
Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, schema design).
Ability to independently drive UI/UX design and implementation decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Native mobile application experience (e.g., Xamarin, MAUI, iOS/Android development).
Experience working in healthcare, health tech, or with clinical data.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Key Vault, etc.).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Material UI, or other design frameworks.
NoSQL experience (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) or EDI integration.
Experience with Twilio or other telephony/communication APIs.
Experience integrating with OpenAI or other AI/LLM platforms.

Work Environment & Requirements:
Onsite for first two months, then hybrid with at least 10 onsite days per month.

The ability to perform essential job functions—including developing and maintaining complex web applications, troubleshooting critical production issues, and responding to time-sensitive feature or bug fix requests—is vital to this role.
The Full Stack Software Engineer must demonstrate resilience, focus, and strong problem-solving skills under pressure, especially when navigating tight deadlines, shifting technical priorities, or changing business requirements.
