Mancan Staffing is partnering with a company in Chardon, Ohio, to hire a Service Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and coordinating schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

Pay
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
* Full-time
* Monday through Friday
* 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
* In-person position located in Chardon, OH

Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and dispatching generator service technicians, maintaining customer records, creating work orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities
* Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair calls
* Coordinate daily routes and service schedules
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
* Create and manage work orders using the company scheduling system
* Maintain and update customer information in company databases
* Process and track service agreements and contract renewals
* Follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales leads
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient service operations
* Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff

Qualifications
* Previous administrative or office experience required
* Strong customer service and phone communication skills
* Scheduling or dispatching experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience with QuickBooks preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
