Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Sign Installer for their Sandusky Holland OH locations.

As an installer, you will install and service commercial signage including channel letters, pylons, monuments, and digital displays. This role combines low voltage electrical, structural, and outdoor installation work — offering more variety than typical construction or electrical jobs.

Sign experience is a plus but not required. If you've worked in construction, electrical, steel, or a similar outdoor trade and you're dependable, coachable, and take pride in your work — we want to talk.

Responsibilities:

• Install and service commercial signage
• Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and cranes
• Perform electrical wiring and LED retrofits
• Assist with steel installation and structural components
• Work outdoors with a team on active job sites

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in construction, electrical, or similar trade
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, bucket trucks)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Bonus (Not Required) CDL
• Welding experience
• Electrical background
• Crane or lift certifications

The base pay range for this position is $25-40 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
