Data Entry Keyer

Mack Sales & Service is seeking a disciplined and fast-paced Data Entry Keyer to join our administrative team. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who possess exceptional alphanumeric keyboarding skills and a high commitment to accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for converting large volumes of source information into our digital databases to support our ongoing sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter high volumes of data from various source documents into our computer systems with speed and precision.
  

• Verify the accuracy of keyed data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors immediately.
  

• Maintain logs of completed work and manage digital filing systems to ensure easy data retrieval.
  

• Collaborate with the administrative department in a remote environment to ensure daily processing quotas are met.
  

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies by following established company procedures.
  

• Adhere to strict security protocols to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Keyer, Typist, or in a similar high-volume data entry role.
  

• Exceptional keystrokes-per-hour (KPH) rate with a verified focus on accuracy.
  

• Proficiency in using 10-key numeric pads and standard alphanumeric keyboards.
  

• Ability to remain focused and highly productive in a remote capacity.
  

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with excellence.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical certification is a plus.
