Primary Job Duties:
Manage and service a book of personal insurance clients
Assist clients with policy renewals, coverage changes, and claims
Provide expert guidance on available insurance programs and coverage options
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Handle incoming client inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Your positive attitude
3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance or a similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Exceptional technical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
State of Ohio insurance license required.
